Often times office spaces that the brokerage team would be leasing out would be empty, so I was tasked with designing various marketing boards to liven up the space and provide building-specific information that would be useful on tours of the available spaces.

Building Signage

For buildings that were meant to attract large or high-end companies, I would be tasked with creating exterior signage (occasionally in-suite). These would include large-scale window panels, floor-to-ceiling wall graphics, billboards and leasing signs.

Occasionally, for a very special building or high-end client, I would be tasked with designing a physical leave-behind package like this one. This was a “groundbreaking” gift for top brokers who toured the site of this upcoming property. The team worked with a Lego specialist who created an instructional manual and Lego collection that once built, looked like the building we were advertising—La Jolla Commons building 3. I created the package for which this was housed and the “We’ve Broken Ground” postcard. The final product was delivered with a miniature bottle of Veuve Cliquot.
