The Coaching AdvantEdge™ Welcome Packet
Studio: Sophia Ramsey Design
For this deliverable, I was tasked with creating an interactive welcome packet for a leadership academy run by The Executive Edge. The digital version that was sent to the client was built to be interactive, so students of the program could fill the packet in on their computer or iPad for quick convenience, but also limited the use of full-bleed color in the instance that the student wanted to print the document to write directly on. Despite limiting full-bleed patterns, photos, and other visual elements, the client desired a piece that was modern and lively. Various Digital Brochures
Studio: CBRE
A large percentage of my time at CBRE was involved in designing brochures intended to be used in a mostly digital capacity, but could be printed and saddle-stitched if neccesary for in person meetings or tours. The brochures showcased are a mix of two types of deliverable: building-specific documents designed to match the brand of an existing building that my team represented at CBRE, or market-specific documents designed to showcase information about a larger topic or area—such as information about the San Diego market or the Venture Capital growth in the area. QR Code Building Cards
Studio: CBRE
This project came out of necessity to provide a readily accessible, always up-to-date, and printed deliverable that the brokerage team could carry on hand for tours. Traditionally, tour materials for a building are printed prior to a tour, but by nature of the ever-changing world of commercial real estate—these materials that would need to be printed were always being updated and could be a struggle to rush print the morning of a tour. The solution? Create building-specific business cards with QR codes that are always linked to the most up-to-date floorplans document and brochure for each building. These are small enough to be carried in a booklet in a briefcase or backpack and can be easily passed out at a moment’s notice while showcasing the most up-to-date market information.
Direct Mailers & Postcards
Studio: CBRE
One of the consistent print deliverables I created for the buildings my brokerage team represented were postcards. Some were designed to be mailed, and some were designed without an address field and be used as tour items or “leave-behinds”.
